My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being cozy and clean, strongly smelled of cigarette smoke due to thin walls. The service was a highlight with kind and efficient staff, but there were issues with late deliveries and missing luggage. The location was convenient, with easy access to central areas, though some noise from nearby transport services could be heard. The dining experience offered delicious Turkish cuisine, but the options were not very varied. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
